

* Basic game loop would be to physically run a dungeon and complete it. * Rather than being a semi-open world game that diablo II was, there would instead be an overworld level selection type thing, and gameplay would primarily be done through dungeons There's a few classes to choose from, spells, armor, all that good shit. * Gameplay mechanic - While the player is awake, works like your standard issue diablo game.


* Few are somewhat immune to it (players) and have two general powers - ability to stay awake for longer amounts of time (gamer energy irl) and the ability to dreamwalk - basically if you sleepwalked in a lucid state (this is the idle gameplay) * Worldbuilding - the people have succumbed to a sleeping sickness, caused by evil that plagues the world
